The Problem
The manufacturing facility needed a 20-ton lifting system inside an existing workshop with limited roof clearance. The selected crane had to achieve the required hook height without major building modification while keeping wheel loads, runway clearances, and installation access within the existing structure.
Our Approach
A European-style single girder overhead crane was configured with compact end carriages, a low-headroom lifting unit, an optimized girder profile, and VFD travel controls. The design review coordinated hook approach, maintenance clearances, electrification, and runway interface loads.
