Ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing on all load-bearing welds by certified NDT inspectors.
Load Testing
Every crane is tested at 125% static and 110% dynamic load before shipment approval.
Final Inspection
Comprehensive functional test including all safety devices, limit switches, and control systems.
