The Problem
An industrial workshop in the Middle East required a reliable overhead crane for heavy equipment assembly. The desert environment presented challenges of fine sand ingress, extreme heat, and high humidity requiring specialized protection for all mechanical and electrical systems.
Our Approach
We delivered a 20T double girder overhead crane with IP55-rated enclosures, sand-proof labyrinth seals on all gearboxes, and oversized cooling systems for the motors and electrical panels. A positive-pressure cabin filtration system protected the operator from dust.
