The Problem
Located in a region with extreme temperature swings from -35°C in winter to +45°C in summer, the infrastructure project needed a crane that could maintain structural integrity and operational reliability across all seasons. High winds were also a major concern.
Our Approach
We designed a heavy-duty 25/10T double girder gantry crane with special low-temperature steel (Q345E) for all structural components. The crane was equipped with cold-resistant electrical cables, heated gearboxes, and an advanced wind monitoring system with automatic rail clamps.
