Next-Gen Smart Anti-Sway System 3.0 Released
After 2 years of R&D, the third-generation anti-sway algorithm limits hook sway to within 5mm, significantly enhancing precision lifting safety.
HAOKCRANES today officially released the third-generation Smart Anti-Sway System 3.0, representing a major technological leap from the 2.0 version launched in 2023.
Compared to its predecessor, version 3.0 achieves breakthrough improvements in the following areas:
1. Algorithm Upgrade: Adaptive fuzzy neural network control algorithm that senses load and rope length changes in real time, delivering optimal anti-sway performance without manual parameter adjustments.
2. Precision Breakthrough: Under full 40-ton load conditions, hook sway is reduced from ±20mm (v2.0) to within ±5mm, a 75% improvement in positioning accuracy.
3. Response Speed: The system stabilizes within 0.5 seconds of startup, a 60% improvement over the previous generation.
4. Energy Efficiency: Intelligent energy recovery technology saves approximately 25% energy compared to conventional operation.
5. Compatibility: System 3.0 is compatible with all HAOKCRANES crane products manufactured since 2018, supporting on-site retrofitting.
The core algorithm was co-developed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, undergoing 2 years of field testing and optimization. In real-world applications at major steel and port facilities, operational efficiency improved by over 35%.
