HAOKCRANES Opens Southeast Asia Regional Service Center
New Singapore service center achieves 48-hour on-site service response across the Asia-Pacific region.

HAOKCRANES' Southeast Asia Regional Service Center in Singapore officially commenced operations in November 2025. The center will serve customers across ASEAN countries and South Asia, achieving 48-hour on-site service response within the region.
The Singapore center features:
- Spare Parts Warehouse: Stocking 2,000+ commonly used spare parts, meeting over 90% of urgent spare parts needs - Technical Training Center: Equipped with simulation consoles and VR training systems for operator and maintenance team training - Remote Monitoring Center: 24/7 remote equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis service for regional customers - Field Service Team: 12 experienced service engineers based locally for rapid response
This center represents an important milestone in HAOKCRANES' globalization strategy. Following Singapore, the company plans to establish European and Latin American regional service centers in Frankfurt, Germany, and Sao Paulo, Brazil by 2026, further building a global localized service network.
